Stylish hotel in a convenient location. Very clean

We had a short break in Ottawa. The accommodation was ideally located next to the rail link service to the city. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Big rooms, comfy bed and breakfast had limited choices but it was fine. Excellent location with a 10 min walk to train station to take you into centre. Also easy access to highway if driving.

Good size room, everything needed for an overnight stay including a much appreciated late check out. Did not have the complimentary breakfast but it was very busy @9:30. Only issue was room 112 was next to the laundry which was very noisy, would ask to avoid that if staying in the future. Would recommend to family and friends

The room was modern and had all the amenities you would expect. The casino is just like walking into a Las Vegas strip casino. Recommended if you want somewhere outside the main city.

We love independent hotels rather than the chains. This hotel was wonderful, so cosy & everyone was really friendly. Breakfast was excellent, made to order. Only a short walk to everything, Byward Market about 15 mins, Parliment Hill about 20 mins. What I will say is that the hotel is on a lovely residential leafy street, however not far away & on the walk to the main areas there are a lot of homeless, some evidently on drugs. Whilst we felt a bit shocked at first, we didn't feel unsafe. Its...

Fantastic stay. Room large and clean. Great for a stop over at the airport. Breakfast was amazing. All staff were really friendly.
