"The room was very large and clean with a full kitchen, which was a surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of options. It seemed more like an apartment building than a hotel. Great location too "

"This hotel is 6 years old but you'd swear it opened last week. Housekeeping has some sort of magic as I stay in many hotels and this one is spotless. Location to the Market area is fantastic.There is a homeless shelter nearby, but you'll find that in most cities now. Definitely stay here again "

"The hotel was everything I hoped for, and more. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot and plentiful, the staff went over the top to look after my needs, in spite of my asking for several requests. An adjustment was needed for the fan, and I needed help with understanding the thermostat and TV, and the hotel was prompt and efficient at solving all of my questions. I would definitely consider staying at the Hampton Inn if I was in Ottawa in future."
