"Checking in process was terrible unorganised monies taken out when shouldn’t have 1 king size bed for 3 people? Just common sense would tell you is another bed needed? Hotel itself was very good staff I dealt with very helpful just the processes was bad"

"Hotel located in such a great area in the city of Auckland. The amenities were superb and clean. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a comfortable place to stay. The only thing that we did not like was the coffee and cake at the little bar in the lobby."
