The clerk was very nice but the room did not resemble the pics seen on Expedia-the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. Bedding and furniture appeared old. Ended up canceling the reservation immediately after seeing the inside.

The staff, especially Weronika, are super friendly and nice. The apartment is well-equipped and spotless clean, with great design. The hotel is close to tram stops and the main square of the old town. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Poznań!
