"Had the best stay ever"

"Staff was super friendly at both check in and departure. Room was very quiet and the AC worked well. You can walk to the old town in about 18 minutes and it is a nice walk along the waterfront. Pricing was very reasonable, even on the mini bar items."

"The hotel charges its guests 20 Euros per day for car parking. This is unacceptable anywhere in the world. When I brought the matter up at reception, they gave a baseless, and non logical explanation that this practice has been in place since the hotel was established."

"I loved my room. It had a view of à courtyard and church steeple. It felt like an old room but very new. The hotel was great especially the waterfront deck. I did have a slight ant problem from the window being open."

"We absolutely loved the view from this hotel, the pool area was lovely and it’s get a lot of sun! The hot tub was not open, there was no water there so it must be under maintenance The property needs a bit of upgrading but overall it’s fairly clean. Staff were helpful especially when we had a bit of a car issue, they tried to take care of us. Overall, Bay view is a nice option in the hills of Kotor, be careful while driving up there and taxi service works great and safe!"

"Location is really nice and the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is okay but would’ve loved more variety. Also, made us pay for water during breakfast hours (open buffet), which is the only negative thing about my stay. However, the staff are really lovely and I’d recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kotor."

"We booked a room in Annex C and the views were incredible. Huge rooms with lots of amenities and super comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs, there were golf carts taking us to and from the reception and all the staff helped us carry our luggage. The reception manager and hotel managers also personally took care of some of our issues, so 10/10 on being so kind and accommodating. The breakfast selection is also incredible, way better than most hotels I’ve been to. "

"Is a great location to explore the city. The hotel is lovely and rooms are very clean. My only complaint is the road noise in the evening. Once we got past 1am the noise subsided. Otherworldly de a great stay."
