The basic rooms are super small. The lighting in the room was horrible. The bathroom was rather nice, with heated floors. The breakfast was wonderful, great selection, fresh food, and very nice servers.

The breakfast was perfect, with a great variety of meals. The staff were very welcoming and approachable, always wearing a smile. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with very soft pillows—I always wanted to sleep longer! But hey, I was on holiday, so I had to get up for tours 😀.

Breakfast was fresh and there were a lot of choices, but I did not find porridge. Also, coming to breakfast after 10 am, it was really hard to find place where to sit. Breakfast staff was unpolite.

The elevator was under repair for the duration of our stay. They were also renovating the floor we were staying on - blue plastic everywhere. Our room was beautiful, but the carpet was really old with noticeable stains throughout the room. Less than mediocre.
