Loved the pool and tiki bar. Room was cozy and comfortable. Only change would be to offer 3pm check in and 11am check out like most places offer :)

What a gem! Found this place online and decided to check it out. A fantastic experience with everyone! Nice staff, nice restaurant with Chef Rolf was definitely a plus! The bartender at the front was super friendly and we would recommend this place and go back again!

Everything was amazing Nicole at the front desk was very lovely and treated my family and I like family including my pup. 5 stars go out to her. Food was great the chef knows how to throw it down in the kitchen. Dorene was excellent also taking my breakfast order she’s a very nice lady. Room was very clean the bed could be a little More comfortable had to wrestle with the mattress at night to find the right spot lol. But besides that I give the hotel overall a 4.0 everything was great. If the bed would have met my expectations would have been a 5. But if you thinking of booking don’t hesitate it’s a great hotel. I’ll be back.

The hotel was amazing. Clean rooms, great pool and great location. My only complaint was the personalities of some of the staff. Tiki Hut bartender and front desk staff seemed very grumpy.

I didn't like it, they moved us to a room that was in the back of the hotel literally, It looked like a motel, because I brought my dog ​​extra to that I had to pay 56 dollars for the dog, but it's not worth the room because it's like staying in a motel If you are going to travel, it is preferable that you do not take the dog, if your idea is to stay in the hotel that is a good stay for you. On the staff there is a lady who can barely use the computer or get her keys out of the envelope because of how extremely long her nails are. It was only one night but she would not return to this hotel.

Hello Yusbely,We are sorry to hear your experience was not up to your standard, we do charge a standard 50 pet fee and all the pet friendly rooms are located in the Parkside building. The pet fee is because the room requires extra attention, and deep cleaning. We kept all pet owner in the back building because the rooms are more spacious, and they are tile floor.

Property is super well located, close to Walgreens, CVS, restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel itself is very cute! The pool area is simple but very charming. Room was very clean and had a great shower. Check in was very fast. Enough space to park your car without a problem. Loved my experience!!

I reported that my room smelled like fish upon checkout and the manager gave me a free night for a future visit. The staff was great. The property was quiet. Housekeeping was awesome. I’ll definitely boom here again.

We stayed here for the 2nd year, as an overnight stop to breakup a long haul to The FL Keys. Customer service at restaurant by the pool was fantastic. Same waitress as last year. She was delightful and attentive! Food is good. The property needs to be dusted more throughly. Always an issue that I notice but better this year. The pool is so inviting… makes me want to come back at stay long enough to get in!

Booked a garden view room, garden was across from parking lot. Had to ask for toilet paper, towels and soap. Never cleaned room after 3 days got quite sandy. One would think after going to front desk daily they would restock room. The pool, tiki bar and restaurant great! Food very good. Location good, convient to many beaches.

We were really impressed with the hotel overall, the tiki bar, pool area and reception were very nice . Our room was clean and spacious but it was not a garden view, backed up to the parking lot which was lit at night leaving our room lighter than we like for night time. Regardless we would stay again.
