This was one of the most negative hotel experiences ever. The hotel looks much better than it really is. The general areas look very clean, but our room, especially the bathroom, were dirty. Heavy moisture in the shower, hairs on the bottom, leaky shower. The room was roady side and there is virtually no noise insulation. We got max 3h of sleep due to noise. We did not expect big luxury for the price, but at least a clean room.

فندق جديد وجميل على الطريق بين طرابزون واسطنبول مفتتح من سنة اثاثه جديد ونظيف وموقعه على الطريق لكنه معزول بالكامل لايوجد أي ازعاج الموظفين متعاونين ومطعمه على السطح جلسة افطار جميله وبوفيه متنوع ولذيذ اوصي به بشدة لمن يمر ببلدة عثمانلي سغره مرتفع مقارنة بموقعه لكنه يستحق
