Wonderful property staff was excellent. The only thing was the menu for the food. A lot of it was pork which is very hard if you don’t eat pork.

Nice property with a lovely pool and comfortable rooms. Just a bit out of the way so the hotel charged a lot for transport to and from the hotel compared to other places we have stayed

Will stay here again, but bring my own covers
Clean towels , comfort bed , big working bathroom , good ICE cold AC. Also pool is decently deep to swim about 5 feet. Good food at the restaurant. Recommend asking for a room at the top next to the restaurant and pool . The rooms on the bottom levels have very steep steps to have to climb often. Super close to the ports and waterfalls of oslob.

Judging from the photos of Lantawan Hotel posted on expedia, I was quite surprised to see how beautiful the location was and how the place was built. Though the service crew needs a bit of work. However, their warmth and welcoming vibe make up for it. If you want privacy, peace, and quiet place to stay in Oslob Cebu, this is it!

Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the location was quiet. It is advisable that guests have some form of readily available transportation as the resort is close to neither restaurants nor the local attractions. Also, if you have laptops or other grounded devices, bring a three-prong adapter as the rooms are equipped with the old two-prong outlets. Overall quite a good value.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating- food was great and affordable- swimming pool was large and particularly spectacular at night with colourful lights- Resort located just 10 minute tricycle ride to whale watching , 10 minutes to waterfalls as well

Home cooked meals, hot showers, and clean!
The best part about Lantawan Resort is the woman who makes all your meals to order. Delicious and timely. The room was clean but the hot water pipe leaked in my particular room so I hope this will be fixed soon. Must take a motorcycle to the closest dive spot/whale shark spot but they can easily arrange this for you. Staff were friendly. Pool is clean and nice and private as it is elevated from the road.

Beautiful pool, large and clean althoigh lots of stairs to access it. Nice veranda to sip drinks while looking out over the ocean. Very nice value place to enjoy the area for a couple days.

The hotel itself is very basic but what makes it standout is the service. Janet, at the front office was very helpful. She helped arrange our tours and van rental. Noli, the night watchman was also very helpful. They both went above and beyond their call of duty. Highly recommended.

The property surroundings we’re well kept and maintained, which quite often reflects management/owners standards. The restaurant meals were always delicious, thank you Julie!! We organized all out yours through them, which were all excellent, I highly recommend canyoneering & Kawasen Falls. This hotel was a great find!!

Great for overnight stay
Pros: Room was great! Huge bathroom with hot water, nearby restaurant with fair price Cons: poor internet connection, limited parking spot, no amenities, can be noisy since it's location is next to a highway

The place is clean; not crowded;Close to the beach just cross the small highway and the beach is right there. The bathroom towel rack coming off the wall.Just need to keep up the maintenance of the place. WIFI has good signal;Staff is very nice.The place is outside the town center you need to wait for a public transportation like a tricycle to pass by to bring you to places like restaurant or to whale shark place if you don't have your own transportation.They have a restaurant next door food is good a bit expensive.

Perfect place with great view
The staff at lantawan are so friendly and helpful. The room was just as pictured and very very clean. The restaurant at lantawan was delicious and so convenient to have so close by. Right on the water go great view!! Would definitely stay again next time we are in oslob!

Great place to stay in Oslob for such a great price! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food at the restaurant was great. Lantawan is slightly isolated from the Whale Shark sanctuary and the main part of town in Oslob so its nice and quiet, but close enough to where you can easily access both areas. Highly recommend Lantawan Resort - will definitely stay there the next time we come back!

The room is spacious and clean. There is a restaurant and price is reasonable. It is located in between Oslob whale shark watching and the Oslob town.

Clean room and nice view for sunrise
We stayed at Lantawan resort and the place is excellent. We are a family of 3 with a 5yr old Child. The staffs were accommodating since we arrived there with no electricity, atleast they have a generator as back up.they have clean rooms And Nice shower room. It is located between oslob whale watching and oslob town where you Will see the cuartel, Baluarte And the church. It is also close to tumalog falls. They have a restaurant just down the rooms where you can order Food while relaxing In there bench chair outside the room watching sunset. We woke up at 5am the next morning And witnessed the stunning sunrise And take a quick dip on the beach across the Street. Quiet and calm place suitable for relaxation.

Excellent place for a cheap price
The room is excellent. I didn't expect it to be that great given that the price is cheap. The bathroom is so spacious. Great hotel to stay for a night or two.

The room is pretty nice. It would be great if they can cover the bright blue led from the air conditioner that was blinding me all night though. The air is wonderful kept the room cold just the way I like it. The restaurant next door was very convenient.
