"The hotel appears good from the outside and the lobby, however that is where it ends.
The rooms are so tiny that the bed is up against a wall and there was no room for our cases except on the floor taking up the limited floor space. There was an obnoxious continuous odor coming from the tiny bathroom.
The safe didn't work and the staff were unwilling or unable to do anything about it.
The toilet blocked the first time we used it and when housekeeping came to fix it she yelled "no paper in the toilet". No staff told us about this when we arrived.
Housekeeping wasn't done even though we put out the 'make up my room sign'. When we asked why it wasn't done staff replied "we didn't have a key to the room".
The only decent thing about this hotel was that the food was passable.
We have travelled extensively around the world and rate this the worst hotel that we have ever stayed."
