"My booking got lost. Luckily they had a room left that they gave to me. However, there was no running water, the light in the bathroom and in the toilet did not work. The toilet had a quite strong smell. Possibly it hadn't been cleaned properly due to the problems with the light and the water. The staff was nice and tried to help as much as possible. The location right at the sea is great. "

"We were able to upgrade to a breakfast and AC which made it nice. The doors to the bathroom didn’t close. Periodically there was a smell like sewage in the hallways, but it was only a smell. The beds were clean. The floors were clean. The bathroom does not get hot water. But most places there don’t. We did not try the pool, but just know the public can come there to swim during the day. It also cost 15 cedi per day to swim. Security was okay. There is a taxi hub nearby which is nice. ...

"Excellent, really helpful staff - the biggest asset in our view. We had a pool-facing suite. Furniture in our suite was a bit worn out and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom and shower were oversized and, I think, disproportionate to the overall size of the suite - together almost the same square footage as the living/sleeping space. However, overall a good size, and the bed was spacious and very, very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast and good wines on the drinks menu. The rooftop pool is a wonderful oasis at the hotel. We didn't get to use the spa, except for a massage and facial appointment which were both great. "
