The reason I've rated this hotel so low is based purely on the mattress. It was like sleeping on a board and we were here 3 nights and our bodies are just wrecked so we would never stay here again. The rest of the room is good, good location, great breakfast, great staff.

The property is in a great location for tourism and shopping. Very close to airport bus and Osaka metro station. 7/11 and laundry room in building a big plus. Don’t show up early because they don’t check in till 3pm.

Very nice clean room. The staff was very helpful. We left our jackets and they sent them to our hotel in Tokyo before our flight home. Great air conditioning. I would definitely book this hotel again.
