Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel is close to Dotonbori and kuromon market. Washer and dryer were a bit smelly. Bathroom showerhead would periodically get super hot to the point of fear. Free breakfast(and drinks) was absolutely solid. Hotel is cheap, clean and close to things.

Although I accidentally booked a smoking room, the room was pretty clean considering the lingering smell of smoke. The room was pretty efficient. We loved the automatic pancake machine and the unlimited drinks., The location is within walking distance of Dontoburi which is a pretty exciting location. The train station was a mere five-minute walk away.

The room was small. It was a step up bathroom and there was no hooks for hanging clothes. They did provide us with 4 hangers. The room was clean. The free pancakes breakfast and eggs were simple but a nice gesture. My husband enjoyed the 24 hours free pops and coffee. We love the location. It was very close to restaurants and shopping.

This hotel was the highlight of my trip to Japan. The location is convenient, clean, and modern. The lobby staff is very friendly and attentive to all my questions. There’s a lovely lobby lounge that’s perfect for bringing your food and enjoying free tea, coffee, and cold or hot water from the machines. There’s also an automated pancake machine that serves two small pancakes for breakfast, which you can top with various sweet toppings. Pairing that with cappuccino makes for a perfect combination! Everything was very clean, and my room was modern, featuring a private bathroom, refrigerator, AC, and a small bathtub. It was a wonderful change of pace after my stay in capsule hotels, providing a peaceful place to rest. I would definitely stay here again.
