建物の老朽化が進んでいるか、資金が無いのか、壊れた設備や装置が直されないまま放置されているようです。 部屋はキレイに掃除されていて布団も清潔で、不快ではないが、建具のたてつけが悪くすきま風が入り、エアコンは音がうるさい割に暖房が効かない。
