"The hotel entrance and lobby are beautiful! The rooms are nice and clean, just a little dated. The staff was friendly and could speak English. The hotel is located in a great area right by the train station with lots of restaurants around."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was one of the best parts—everything we wanted to see was easy to reach. We were able to walk or take a short train ride to Dotonbori, Umeda, Universal Studios Japan, shopping areas, restaurants, and many of Osaka’s main attractions. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel made a great base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka."

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located, about a 5 to 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out. English-speaking staff were available, making communication easy. My only feedback is that the number of laundry machines was insufficient to meet demand, especially in the evenings when many guests were doing their laundry, resulting in long waiting times."
