Great location. Friendly staff. I liked the look and decor of the hotel. The room was small but it worked for me (I was traveling solo). I appreciated the breakfast. It was close to dining and entertainment venues. I would stay there again.

Great location in the center of Osaka, Umeda. Easy to get anywhere via main transport hub. Lots of dining options nearby. Some of the property conditions could be upgraded but staff were very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a higher floor and had to check in late and they were able to help me out. Would recommend for anyone looking to travel to Osaka in this area.

The rooms are the average size of a Japanese hotel room however the dark interior made our room feel really small. The aircon didn’t smell good so we had to have the window open. Our room always seemed to get dusty as well. The hotel is situated near bars so with the window open, there was a lot of noise at night. It is convenient that the hotel has coin operated washing machines. The staff were very friendly.

Good but they threw out a plastic shopping bag with 1500 yen worth of stuff in it. Make sure you don't leave any shopping bags in your room on cleaning day.

The rooms need to be revamped I know japanese traditionally small but this is extreme. It could definitely be rearranged chucks were taken out of the walls. There dust coating every light sone shelf and the mini fridge. Still it was extremely convient and the feature to see the washer status on the tv was super helpful.

Good venue for staying in Osaka. Lots of tourists in this hotel rather than locals. Had washing facilities and charging stations and you can leave your bags before check in if needed.

The Hotel had a beautiful lobby and the room was clean. Breakfast buffet available was good for the price. We were upgraded to the comfort room, which had a flatscreen TV, but it was still quite small. Overall, this was our favourite hotel we stayed at while in Japan and would recommend.

Convenient location.
Great location,12mins walk from Osaka station with underpass 5 mins away. Convenience stores & eateries nearby with a food street behind. Breakfast spread was simple but decent. Rooms were well appointed. Love the big beds in our twin rooms. It’s the best feature of this hotel. Can easily fit an adult & a child comfortably. Housekeeping, however, was a let down. Our room was dusty and it showed up on the furniture and carpet. Doesn’t help that housekeeping is done only every 3 days. Service staff were attentive.

Good location & service except for smoke smell
Excellent location as linked to Osaka station via Whity mall M14. Excellent receptionist. Only complain is the cigarette smoke smell from downstairs.
