Great accommodation experience!

The hotel is located near Hommachi Station, offering a quiet environment despite being in a bustling area. There are many convenient stores and small restaurants nearby. It's very close to both Osaka Umeda and Namba areas. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated, and the rooms are comfortable with all necessary facilities. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

It is hard to find even with the help of taxi driver. It entrance door was well tugged behind a wall and hard to find for safety reason. I like the friendliness of the front desk and their neatly arranged breakfast. The man in charge of the front desk impressed me the most. He even came out in rain to see us left in a taxi!

I didn't have the breakfast, but did appreciate that they offered tea and cold drinks in the afternoon. My only complaint was the condensation and mold on the windows and the noise from the main street a block away that sounded like racing cars at night. I think they were single pane windows.

Everything you need, a stylish Japanese feel

Hotel on the Midosuji line, equal distance between dotonburi and umeda. It has everything you need, feels sleek and modern with Japanese styling. Couldn’t recommend it enough. All you need!

Bad experience

It's a really BAD experience here!! I have booked six nights from 11/2/2024 to 17/2/2024 here. It's terrible!! It's ruined my trip in OSAKA!! The air conditioner in the room is not working! It can only keep 27 degrees for whole night!! Can’t imagine how can people breathe at night! It’s ridiculous!! Also, I’ve booked for four persons. And there’s only two blankets in our room. When I ask for another blanket. The staff replied, “There’s no extra blanket that can provide.” Totally cannot be accept!! Moreover, I've sent an email to the manager, and she has promised me to support us which I can spend my time comfortably until I check out. However, she didn't keep her promise!!! I can say the hotel is bad in service and not reliable!! Totally disappointed!! I won’t recommend to anyone to choose this hotel except u can sleep with sweating for whole night!!

駅から遠く、部屋もサービスも大したことのないただのビジネスホテルだった。 高速道路が目の前で騒音も酷い。 ベッドの目の前がドア、クローゼットはなく壁にかけるのみ、壁一面のブラインドは埃がたまり、家電も普通のもの。 金額、利便性、サービス全てが劣り、これなら梅田など主要駅近くのビジネスホテルに泊まった方がよっぽど利点があると感じた。
