The location is excellent! It is very close to all areas we would like to visit and close to a central train station. Staff is very responsive when needed via WhatsApp too! The only “complaint” is the lock to get the room key is a bit difficult to open 😜

Great location for budget travelers
Good cozy place to stay, a couple of blocks from all the main shopping and busy area. So, got a quiet night sleep. Namba station is 14 minutes walk, Ebisucho station is 9 minutes. Family Mart is around the corner with two 7-11 about 8-9 minutes away. Room was a little on the small side but functional with a small futon along with a balcony. Laundry facilities on the first floor was free to use even providing free detergent. Contactless check-in by key code. Would recommend for budget travelers.

Very cool small hotel, loved the decor. Just the right amount of room, comfy beds and a large bathroom. Very clean. Walkable to all the key areas like Dotonbori, Amerikamura, Kuromon Market. Highly recommend.

Extremely cold room
This is not a hotel. We got fooled by the nice images thinking it's a traditional Japanese ryokan. When I arrived there was no front desk, check in was just getting the key thru mail box - which was fine. The thing I cannot stand is how cold the room is, despite turning on the AC on heating mode at the highest temperature. There was no way to sleep there. We ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night and booked another one. Not recommend since the basic facility is just not there.

Stayed here last year. It's a great place. Room was clean, staff was very nice. It's a little out of the way from so of the more touristy areas, but still within walking distance of everything, so if that's your preference, it's perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again. Another major plus is that they have a laundry room. We were in staying in Japan for about 2 weeks, needless to say by the time we got to Osaka, are clothes were due for a wash. Thanks for the amenities and the hospitality!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance to train station as well as major tourist attractions and several eating places. Hotel was clean, no house keeping but you can get clean towels and beddings as needed from the reception.

The location is nice. It's 700-800m away from Namba Station. My problem was with the blanket cover who had a few stains on it that also smelled weird. I had to remove the cover.

ice affordable family stay.
Nice stay. A little out of the way and the futons are way thinner than the one I had in college so you may want room with bed if unable to sleep on floor. Otherwise room and everything is great.

This hotel has terrible customer service! Unfortunately, I made a mistake in my reservation with this hotel and only ask for a room for one night not the needed 5 nights! I contacted the hotel to ask to extend the reservation for 5 nights and they were full. All fine and dandy until they refused to give me a refund for all or part of the money I paid. The hotel understood my situation but refused to remedy the situation.

Room was modern japanese furnishing with tatami platform for futon. Did not have enough space to put luggages given we have 3 big ones for 3 people. Quite far from metro stations but convenient to eat at kuromon market Overall good

Japanese charm and style
Great stay with the family... The futon beds were a little thin but we had a great time. Kids loved the automatic toilet! 10 min walk to station and shopping street. Staff super friendly too. Thanks!

Very quiet, right near a great neighbourhood for shopping in Osaka. Very traditional, so you sleep on roll-out futons on tatami mats, which is beautiful but definitely different from a western mattress. Bathroom is fantastic, and there's a great little stove, microwave, fridge, and kettle if you want to have food in the room.

Very close to Kuromon Ichiba MARKET(5min walk) Close to Namba station (8 min walk) Walked all the way to Shinshabashi and walked back, and did the same to Abeno. didn't once need to take the train if you want to travel to those areas. The hotel doesn't provide food at all, and the vending machine were mostly all sold out for the time we were there. The hotel provides free self service laundry with detergent provided. We didnt use it but have seen other guests done so.

Everything was great, from the check-in to the tidyness of the room when we first arrived. However, we did not get any new towels throughout our whole trip. Also, there was no housekeeping, so our trash can was never emptied as well.

Great experience!
It was great experience staying in this hotel. Close to Nipponbashi station which has connection line to Hankyu line so we could go to Kyoto by transferring only one time. Hotel is clean and nice. We asked for early check-in and it was accepted!
