Booked 2 x Moderate Double Room with breakfast. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). Rooms are nice a roomy, both rooms had 2 single beds. One room had a small lounge. The foot massage was great use, all hotels should have this in Japan! Beds are comfy and bathroom are good size with bathtub. Night wear (pajama) are provided. Laundry facility in Level 7. Location is perfect, so many eateries and McDonald’s just across the hotel. Buffet breakfast is so good, many choices of Japanese and western food - worth it! Reception was very professional and efficient. Amenities bar next to reception. Easy walk to all the tourist spots - Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Yasaka Shrine and Round 1 Stadium. Our flights were not till late so we were able to leave our luggages and still enjoy our last day checking out other sites till we had to go to the airport. Easy access to go to Kansai airport from Namba Station (no need to change train - just straight there - Nankai Line 45 mins Y970).

The hotel is good but it is too small for 3 of us, no room for the luggages. It is good that the hotel area busy, and have a lot of restaurants and shopping stores, close to the train station. And they help us to do the luggages delivery, thank you very much.

Very good location in Namba for the price. Staff were helpful and allowed for baggage storage prior to check in. There was always morning coffee provided before our trips as well as ochazuke at night for supper. Location easy to walk to subway and many shopping options nearby. Room was decent sized and comfortable for our 4 night stay. Would reccomend

The hotel is located right outside of Namba station making it super convenient. Also, the hotel room has feet massager which was cherry on top after hours of walking in Osaka. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very close to a major train city, easy to go to Nara and Kyoto. Location is great for restaurants, shopping too! Room right above a busy street but for the price and location, would highly recommend.

Great hotel in the Namba area
Great location near Namba Station with a large mall and restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room was clean and comfortable though a bit on the smaller size as compared to western standards. Plenty of bathroom essentials provided. WiFi was excellent. Room was quiet and the hotel provided a good breakfast and late night snacks. Very near Dotonbori.

I paid a lot more for 3 people room but they gave me a room for 2 people. Room has 2 single beds and they put a blanket on the floor. You can not even leave 2 carry on bags open.

Rooms are extremely small.. Shower/sink and toilet bowl are in two seperate areas Pillows are flat like pancake and the ventilation on the room was bad/stuffy... Airflow from the aircon was non existent
