The room was a little bit old and small, but other than that everything was nice. The breakfast was really good and worth paying extra for. Just have to wake up early for it is all as it ends at 9:30am. Staff were overall pleasant and polite and somewhat flexible. The second day I was so tired I came to the breakfast around 9:10. They still let me use my breakfast voucher so I tried to eat quickly so as to not cause them too much trouble. I did get told the food area was closed when i got up to get more water after 9:30. So best to probably stick to the schedule and finish eating and drinking by 9:30 to avoid awkwardness with the staff. They were still friendly and polite though. They just like to stick to their schedules I think, which is fair as they did clearly indicate it ends at 9:30am. Checkout was pretty easy. I just handed my card to the staff. They also had a box to put cards in I think but to be safe I handed mine directly to the staff and they were ok with that. Air conditioning worked in the room, and heating. They don’t wash the sheets unless we specifically ask for that by placing a card on the bed. They do automatically give fresh towels though which was nice. Toiletries are available to self service in the lobby. A little additional perk was they offer some bath salt and fragrance packets to have a relaxing bath which was nice on a cold day.

Front desk service was good and check in/out was processed efficiently. We shipped 2 baggages prior to our arrival and the retrieval during our check in was easy. Room was clean but just like many Japanese hotels, it was small. The washroom was a little outdated but serves the purpose. One day there was note left in my room that the housekeeper dropped my laptop during the cleaning. Fortunately my laptop wasnt damaged but I appreciated the honesty and the handling. The manager came to speak to us on the day we checked out to apologize and reassured I could reach out if the laptop stops working the next couple days. That really ahows their care for their customers.

Hotel was only a five minute walk from the station. Area was nice and quiet. Hotel was clean and amenities near the front desk. Room was good for two, but a little small, more like a boutique room. The bed was a little hard but I dealt with it. Only stayed in the room to sleep.

The entire hotel had a terrible and unbearable smell with the air conditioning barley working, walking into the bathroom it stunk like dead fish and the floor of the room was foul. Dont recommended whatsoever only good thing was the included breakfast in the morning.

The Hearton hotel is a great option for Ōsaka as it is a very comfortable and affordable hotel with super nice staff and amenities. It is very close to numerous restaurants and the Osaka Train station.

また宿泊したいです。

甲子園で高校野球観戦に夫婦で宿泊しました。梅田駅に程近く、駐車場も整備されていたので車を置いてゆっくり、いろいろなお店で買い物や食べ歩きができました。コンビニも程近くとても便利です。室内も綺麗で、ホテルの方の対応もとても丁寧でした。
