最悪のホテルです。 まずガス栓や給湯器に問題はないのにお湯が出ませんでした。 カスタマーセンターに電話をし、返金対応を求めたところ最初は三泊分のうち一泊分の返金をするとの返答しかいただけませんでした。 そのあと全額返金を求めましたが2.5泊分の返金をするという返答が帰ってきたので面倒くさくてそのまま了承しました。ですがメールで返金案内をすると言われましたがまだその後の対応はしていただけていません。 管理人とは直接連絡を取ることはできず、カスタマーセンターに電話がつながります。 管理人の方の連絡が遅く、夜中に電話が来ることもありました。 皆さんとまらない方がいいと思います。
