Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Not a whole lot in the immediate area, but train station is close and there are restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.
Great hotel. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. Even though it’s on a busy street, the rooms are completely quiet, bed was comfortable, and I slept well. Very close to many restaurants and cafes, and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. Subway station is about 500m and very convenient. Highly recommended.
I had a really nice stay in this hotel. Super well located, 4-min walk to the metro station, very closed to Umeda (20/30 min easy walk) & overall very convenient. The pod bathroom was spotless. Staff super kind and they left me clean towels hanging on the door every day even though I did not ask for the room to be cleaned! Awesome hotel!!
I used to work in a 5 stars hotel in Canada and just let me tell you, the staff service was unmatched. Very kind and professional. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was top notch. Also, the hotel was near to everything such as restaurant, stores, metro, bus. Thank you again to all the staff
Great location, while only good rating is that it says twin premium, which means two beds made into one. So I was kinda of disappointed regarding the differences in description of the room and then booking the room. but other than that great area/location, staff was great and breakfast was too.
The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, if you needed an umbrella. You better bet they got your back! They had free luxuries right next to the front desk for grabs upon entry for a lovely shower. They were very accommodating and spoke many languages, from Japanese of course, to Vietnamese, Chinese, and English. I would stay here every time I go back to Japan and specifically Osaka! Thank you!
They have free rental for books but you pay 1000 yen for movies the machine didn’t work tho so I didn’t buy any which was fine since I was outside most of the time. Best part was staff was very friendly and very accommodating to my lack of Japanese speaking skills.

Overall, the hotel was okay. We were a little disappointed with the small room size and found out after arrival that some of the photos in the advertisement were of other locations around Osaka. Seemed a tad misleading. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.
We've stayed at this hotel before. It's only a short taxi ride from Osaka main station. The metro is only 5-6 min walk straight up the road and 30 metres past the metro station is a hidden gem - an undercover shopping street which must be at least a mile long (1.5 kilometres). The breakfast is Japanese style but will try and help with toast. The rooms are compact as all Japanese budget rooms are.
Great room. A little out-of-the-way but easy access to subways. Everything I needed was in the room from toiletries to team and refrigerator which came in handy.
I was with all Japanese hotel rooms. It’s quite small, but there was sufficient room for a single person to get around. Do it needed to be done probably the most important part considering I spend very little time in a hotel room while traveling is the bed and the bed was very comfortable.
Best stay of our Japan trip.
Nice location in Gion close to busses and one of the main temples. Only cleaning service if more than 5N stay. However, the rooms were very spotless clean and spacious. Each room has a laundry machine.
Best thing is the very to helpful ladies in the reception. They received our luggage from another hotel and put it in our rooms, were very helpful with the washing machine, questions asked and helped us with further luggage forwarding! Highly recommended!
Unfortunatelly the worst experience we have had among hotels of same level we stayed in Japan. Room size is incredible small, cleaning was not good (bad smell/we found a sock under the bed), washing machine is located out of the building, on the street. At least about staff we have nothing to complain, they were very supportive.

Overall it’s was good but the drinking water facility was not so good. They only give one bottle of water during your check in and that’s all. After that you have to refill it yourself from the water server or buy another bottle.
I was on 8th floor and the water server was on the 2nd floor, which I thought was inconvenient. Putting water server on every floor would have been better. I enjoyed their breakfast though.
