"The indoor pool does not have a heater. It's not that's it's broken, they don't have one at all.
The Internet went out about 11:00 pm. I called the front desk to inquire but there was no answer. So no Internet.
Breakfast was choice of 2 cold cereals, sausage and gravy, and diy waffles."

"I waited close to 10 minutes to check in because the guy behind the desk was on a personal phone call. He apologized after the fact that what good is that.
There were approximately 10 cars in the parking lot. Yeah, they put me on the third floor, with no elevator. I’m a senior citizen center. "
