"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. "A truly brilliant location and the restaurant is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are traveling by car the walk to the public car park is not a problem and the hotel will help you with your bags if you let them know. I hope to return! If you have mobility issues the stairs from reception to the rooms may be trying."

"Very clean rooms and very helpful staff too the location had great parking nearby which is a huge plus in that side of Italy the main sight seeing attractions or restaurants where maybe 30-40 mins away depending on traffic that would be one of my only downsides but seems it was the normal for a tourist since we aren’t allowed to drive in the (ZTL) zones which is where those sightseeing spots are so for a tourist renting a car this is your go to my last downside was the walls weren’t soundproof enough for the noise levels but other then that I enjoyed my stay if I was to come back to visit Rome this would be my go to"

"We stayed here through our timeshare RCI. Our friends also stayed and booked through hotels.com. Our room was a little run down but theirs was very nice. They were greeted with a welcome basket but we received nothing in our room. Disappointed that it felt like we were treated differently because of our timeshare booking. The breakfast and dinner was wonderful. We were never disappointed with the food or the staff. The staff was very accommodating and helpful."

"Alasandro was very helpful when we checked in. The morning staff provided a wonderful breakfast buffet which included omelettes if you wanted one. The view from the property is amazing! We had dinner on property. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was excellent. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that extra pillows were provided."
