"Als wir ankamen standen wir 2 Stunden vor geschlossenen Türen, kein Mensch vor Ort. Als wir dann nach 2 Stunden und 30 vergeblichen Anrufen an die Nummer die extra zum Check In an der Tür vermerkt war, endlich jemanden erreichten, wurde uns am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass der Schlüssel im Briefkasten sei, was uns zuvor leider niemand mitteilte, unsere letzte Info war, die Rezeption sei den ganzen Tag besetzt. The young blonde lady (whose name I shamefully can’t remember) spoke fluent English, which helped tremendously, as my German is sadly very poor 😬. There were a few other members of staff who also kindly spoke a little English, of which I very much appreciated.
