Beautiful hotel in the premium to luxury segment, modern room, splendid design, quality, the bed was amazing and the staff so courteous, friendly and warm in every possible way. The reservation was made 10 months in advance and still received a room that was less than desirable. The room’s furnishings were tired. The room was in a noisy part of the hotel which overlooked a warehouse and trucking operation.
