Art Hotel Milano
Smallest shower and parking was difficult to find. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Hotel was conveniently located near train station.

Hotel Toscana
Did not feel safe, halls smelled like weed, and the cleaning staff just randomly opened my locked room with their key without knocking. It was so scary.

The check in process is truly dreadful. Very small print on the Expedia booking instructing the person booking to contact the proprietor 48 hours before arrival as they don’t have a reception. Why on earth are they not emailing the customer?! Why is the paying customer being asked to seek them out ...
