We occasionally had an issue with the hot water, especially for the jacuzzi, but we didn't want to bother them as the hotel staff...

"The rooms were cleaned every day. Hussein was amazing and went far and above to make sure we were comfortable. We experienced kindness from everyone. Samira, owner, was also helpful by showing us the best places to see and visit. It would be amiss of me not to mention the traditional Turkish breakfast offered. As I write, I just wish I could be there. The decorations were beautiful and made it feel more homey. I recommend staying in Ortahisar and drive to Gerome or Uchisar or other places....
