The staff were wonderful! The room was small but had everything we needed including a great view of the city. We ate dinner at the restaurant on our last night and it was very good. This is where we will stay from not on!

Awesome breakfast and a great location. We had an interior room - which was set up nicely. The exterior rooms had amazing views of the Guggenheim. Bilbao is pretty walkable. We could get to main shopping street in 10 mins an to old town in 20.
