The lazy river is worth it!

My stay at Encore Resort and Water Park at Reunion by Rentyl was not entirely to my satisfaction. While the property has great potential, there were several aspects that did not meet my expectations. Additionally, despite having already paid for my reservation through Expedia, I was charged again twice by the resort, which was very disappointing and inconvenient. However, I would like to highlight that the experience was significantly improved thanks to the exceptional service provided by Liz at the front desk and Yamal at the pool bar. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly made a difference during my stay. I hope the resort can address these issues, as it has the potential to offer a much better overall experience.

Housekeeping, front desk, gift shop, and the store that makes breakfast and other sandwiches, these are the places and employees that we interacted with at the resort. Everyone was polite and helpful and made us feel welcome. Even though we didn’t need valet, they were kind and courteous when we cross their paths. We also left a cooler sitting outside when someone was picking us up. When we came back, they remembered us. The valet attendant had it ready and remembered who we were. The hotel was the cleanest most well kept hotel that I have stayed in, in a long time. The pools are beautiful and well packed. Lifeguards everywhere. Bartenders at the pool were friendly. We had a wonderful time celebrating my son‘s 21st birthday. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great with the exception of wait staff for breakfast ! They completely ignore you unless you want the buffet .. very rude every time we tried to eat there . Otherwise the staff is great . Just don’t eat breakfast there !
