The exterior door locks were not opening to the room key. Faulty code writing of the entrance code, I assume this because the front desk tried her key and it worked. Next visit, we will bring clothes hangers and leave them for the next guest.
We had a 'handicapped room', which is more spacious than a smaller regular room. However, the appurtenances have some allowances to be convenient for a client at a different level. Not obvious, at first glance.
