Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando
Check-in at the lobby took 45 minutes the night we got there. Only one or two people could check in while 4 concierge stood by and watched the line accumulate beyond reasonable expectations. Other than that, room was excellent along with the amenities.

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
Room had No hot water two of the days, no working water at all for a couple hours at dinner time therefore had to wait to shower and get ready with a 7 year old kid having to eat later at night.
