"While the outdoor pool and bar were nice, the rooms were baron. No art, nothing there. A bed, a desk, two chairs. Only a couple of the outlets worked. Very disappointing."

DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando
"Staff very welcoming and able to answer all of my questions. Room and facilities were clean but I think the carpet needs upgrading or replaced with laminate flooring. Linens were clean. I would suggest trash bags in the cans maybe. Would definitely stay here again"

"Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew ..."

"Most amazing food I had at a hotel or anywhere really in a while. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The place is huge and our room was a bit of a walk but that was fine. It was clean and the staff were friendly."
