I have stayed with country Inn in the past and no issues. The breakfast was above average. Our room was dirty. The carpeting was disgusting. Looks like it has never been cleaned. The over size lounge chair was filthy. The nightstand was sticky. I invite management to look at their rooms.

Parts of the property appeared new but it did not filter through to the rooms. Our room was bland with stained carpet and old worn furniture . The air conditioning ran off a remote on the wall but the unit was on the floor under the window so the connection was hit and miss and the plug itself was loose and the cord curled out onto the floor. It was 79 at 8am when I woke up. The windows opened but no screens so that wasn’t an option. Not worth the money.

Hotel was clean and staff personable but the rooms need to be updated. Chair in the room was torn and stained. Carpet had stains and furniture was all scratched and lampshades dented.

It was not clean or organized. Doors were open to staff and cleaning areas. Room furniture was dirty and the heat and air conditioning leaked water over the rug. The bed was ok.

The room was comfortable and clean as usual. And staff has always been friendly and efficient. Breakfast, unfortunately this time, was not good at all. Have had good breakfast experience there in the past, but not this time. The waffle maker was unavailable and the other offerings were just not up to their usual standards. Was disappointed and had.to.dind breakfast elsewhere.

Dangerous exceptionally heavy steel doors on rooms are almost impossible to open! They are a fire trap. They were not installed properly. Rooms are too small. Hotel is very noisy with thin walls. We were awaken at 6 am. No garbage baskets, no attention to detail. Front desk staff not friendly or helpful. Made us feel like we were bothering them. No trolleys for luggage and front desk couldn't care less. Will not return.

This place has gone downhill since last year. The check-in receptionist was curt & pushy when i was asked to sign the pet-policy paper. I tried to ask a question & she said just sign & date it, but would not let me talk. She was a bit rude & put out, very unfriendly like I was bothering her. Also, at 2am we were woke up by a man & woman arguing in the front of the building, it was loud & obscenities were being exchanged between them. This went on for more than 10 minutes. I felt a little unsafe at that point. Also, the refrigerator did not work in our room, there was no temperature gauge in it & it was not cold. We did not report it as I did not want to have to speak to the 'mean lady' at the front desk again. This stay was very disappointing & over-priced for the night we spent there. We will not stay here again!

Eww!!! First off we were on the fourth floor and the hall smelled of marijuana. The elevator looked dirty and had a certificate that said it hadn’t been inspected since 2018. Sounded like it to. The other elevator was out of service. The pool was out of service. When we got to our room there was a hole in the ceiling where the sprinkler system is. It was missing a piece. The smoke detector was straight up yellow like it had been in a house with someone that smokes. The wash cloth had hairs stuck in it. The breakfast was never restocked. The tables and counters weren’t cleaned regularly. The cream cheese was left out and was warm. It had separated in the package. It really should be like a $70 hotel. The staff wasn’t necessarily friend but wasn’t rude either. They were just blahhh. Also it’s a good thing that I can’t add pictures to this. You would be disgusted.

Staff were excellent - couldn't have been any nicer. Property just needs updating. The rooms were very clean except for the carpet. It could use a shampoo or replacement. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Still a good deal for the money.

Check in was very easy and friendly. Refrigerator was the perfect size for what we needed. Room furniture needs to be refreshed. The couch had stains and upholstery was damaged. Made the room look run down, although it was clean overall.

The pet friendly rooms are so highly perfumed that it is overwhelming and head ache inducing. The furniture and rugs were worn and stained. The staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

The room appears clean, could use new carpet though. Check in was slow, no one at desk when I came in . I had to wait about 5 minutes before someone showed up.

I loved everything about it however I would like to make a suggestion about the laundry. Instead of having to pay $2/each for washer and dryer and provide our own detergent and dryer sheets… i think there should be a laundry detergent dispenser that costs $2/ and we wash for free. So we dont have to go to the store to try to buy some detergent
