The room was spacious and warm and the property is in a good location- walking distance to food and drink and a quick drive to the CBD. However, the receptionist who was on duty when we arrived was blunt, to the point of rudeness. All other staff were friendly. Overall, a motel that we would stay in again.

Hotel was easy to locate, parking plentiful, room surprisingly quiet. Not so fussed on sliding door to the bathroom as it was hard to slide. King bed was comfortable but had an extreme dip in the middle so was hard to not roll into the middle constantly.

Check in was quick. Issued witha an access card key which did not work as it has.not been programmed. The bed configuration was different fro the booking. Had to tramfer to a different room. Window curtais was off the hooks. The location was central and good for my need. No welcome water or biscuit ,like other hotels with similar rates.

The room we stayed in had mould in the shower, the bed and pillows were terrible and we did not stay the second night because of the bed and noise. Our stay was disappointing and although we didn’t enjoy the room, the staff were lovely and that was excellent. Thankyou staff but the housekeepers might need to clean.

Restaurant a let down.

Nice motel convenient location. Restaurant seems to cater mainly for working crews. Vegetable curry just stewed vegetables, tasteless. I was offered a free dessert to compensate. Wine knowledge under par and service. Staff needs more training. Nice restaurant area just let down by my meal. Husband had steak which was good.

Large rooms, peaceful ambience, good eateries nearby. Hot water was not working on the tap. The lady on the phone at the reception advised us to keep the water running, it will work. Unfortunately, it never did. Other than that the stay was really good. A bit more effort from the staff would have been amazing.

Nice large room . Comfortable bed . No street noise. Could do with a little attention to details- only 1 wine glass, 2 cups, 1 spoon- no other crockery. Main issue was staff trying to service room at 9.30AM on Sunday. Unless an emergency etc, staff should not be knocking on door until after check out time. Poor response from office staff when mentioned. Could be a great hotel.
