Customer rep in front desks were nice and worked things out. Maintenance tech was effective and responsible. The hotel is aging - that’s undertandable. However they can do better is making sure rooms are ready for stay. The breakfast is the best part. The cooks doing omelets are gracious, friendly, and eggs are well cooked. the ladies in the service around breakfast area are very efficient and friendly. "
