"Exceptional! That's the best word to describe this wonderful hotel. My wife and I have travelled to many countries and we found that the staff here were the best that we have ever encountered on a holiday. The hotel is superb, nearly 500 years old!, and in a magnificent location. The only draw back is that if you are self driving, it is very confusing to get your car to the front door of the hotel. We hope to be back soon."
