"The restaurant on site has a lot’s of menu options even vegetarian, foods are great and staffs are very friendly and nice. The location is very good for hiking Saxon Switzerland area on foot. Also this hotel gave me a guest ticket to get on tram & buses free."

Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber die Stadt Schirgiswalde ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Leider gab es auch deutliche Schattenseiten. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im EG. Über uns hat anscheinend eine Fusballmannschaft gewohnt. Man hörte jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch aus der Wohnung über uns. Manchmal war das kaum aushaltbar, und wir haben das Weite gesucht. "Ein wirklich tolles und spannendes Erlebnis; Wohnen auf kleinstem Raum inmitten der Natur. Beim morgendlichen Zähnputzen Rehe auf dem Hügel beobachten oder zuschauen, wie die Pferde auf die Koppeln gebracht werden…. Eine Katze schlittert über den fast zugefrorenen See… Sehr schön"

"The ‘business’ room was well decorated and had an abundance of kitchen implements. The main bed was clean and comfy but the sofa bed was not. Beware very low (1.7m?) doorways into the apartment itself and into the bathroom. And the city view is of the patio table and fence. Parking was fine, the walk into the old city about 10 minutes."
