We had a hard time to get checked in, there is nobody behind the check-in desk. The room was fantastic. We never saw any employee, we talked with someone whose phone number was provided. At 3.00 pm we got a check-in code from Expedia. We had no internet ourself. We live in the USA and it doesn’t work in Europe.

Very nice hotel 2 blocks from the lake. Great breakfast and nice people. Big rooms, nice towels and bathroom. Would stay again! 20 minute walk to the train station.

The hotel is located on the Main Street so it is very comfortable to get around. The conditions of the hotel is very poor and needs to be upgraded.

It’s a good property except of 1 thing for me which is the portable air conditioning as it was so loud. I was told that the built in ac isn’t working because the building is old. We had to turn that machine off before sleeping because of the noise. Positives - walking distance to old and central are including Zurich HB + Dining options around. People at the Reception was nice too.

"Stayed here for two nights. It was conventionally located near the local grocery store and tram station. There is nothing to do near the hotel itself but the tram could get you places easily. The room was clean upon arrival. But the cleaning service during the stay wasn’t amazing just switched towels ..."
