"Lovely hill top hotel with a good view of Ooty. Good food and pleasant service. Close to Botanical gardens and the lake. Can get a glimpse of sunset. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Needs some updating. The water pump is noisy and could hear it in the rooms."

"Very nice hotel located at the top of a hill in Ooty. Nicely appointed rooms with comfortable bedding. Staff was extremely friendly and provided good service. Hotel location makes it easy to walk down to main city area where lots restaurants are available. However, you can easily eat at the in house restaurant as well. There is a game room for kids to play. Afternoon tea in the garden was nice everyday between. 5-6pm. Only suggestion would be to add a swimming pool to property. "

"Access road is really bad, Hot water is not available for the second person, need to wait 25 minutes to get enough hot water for the next person. All glasses for drinking water had a faint smell of kerosene. Great location, superb views, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet."
