Got photo's only to findout I was on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs . *No personal check in ALL done on line. * The area is ( quote by a taxi driver a bit dodgy although I found the people in the area to be very helpful & nice people. The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. The amenities were excellent, modern, and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality food. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ghent and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience!"
