"The pillows were clearly horrible, square like the ones you put on a couch. The bedding was too small for the single beds. Even when you order a double bed room you get two single beds. There are no King size nor even queen size beds, just singles either solo, apart or together. "I love almost everything about this hotel. It has a beautiful wellness centre, a great gym, a very good restaurant and a really comfortable, funky lobby. It’s in a wonderful location across from the train station and a short stroll to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are great…friendly, helpful and very professional. Daily room service was not great. Used drinking glasses were never removed, no tissues, bathroom counters not cleaned. Also, lack of storage is a problem. The rooms seem newly renovated but they did not add any shelving or room for toiletries. However, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to perfect. I will stay there again when i visit family in Arnhem."
