"We stayed two nights in a two-bedroom, two-bath suite. Check-in and check-out were easy, the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The suite had an unpleasant odor when we arrived, and there were small flies in the room. We also had to wait quite a while for bedding for the pull-out couch. The bedding and linens had visible stains, including lipstick stains on pillows, and the beds themselves were absolutely disgusting with huge noticeable stains making it hard to relax and feel clean and comfortable.
Around the property, we noticed litter, discarded towels, and general maintenance concerns. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable using the pool or hot tub.
Breakfast was well stocked and enjoyable on Saturday, though Sunday was much busier. Everything was a mess and we had to ask to pretty much replenish everything as it was gone.
Overall, the room size, staff, and breakfast were positives, but the cleanliness concerns significantly impacted our experience and would make us hesitate to stay again."
