The hotel was clean and safe. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. Due to a maintenance issue with the air conditioner the staff changed my room, which was a quick process between the time I reported and when maintenance came to attempt to fix the issue. The rooms are spacious. Really loved my stay there. Its opposite to a shopping mall which is a great advantage. The staff were absolutely amazing. Especially Sheila. She was outstanding. Very professional and helpfull. The only downfall was the water wwas cold on some days.
