The staff were amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and fast. Room was clean but outdated. Needs paint, new furniture, etc. but nonetheless clean.

The property was close to the train station which was the only reason we planned on passing through Geneva. Penelope and Nana at the front desk were so helpful and they encouraged this exhausted traveler to give their city a chance. They talked me into going down for the light show on the lake front and I am glad I did. It started me on road to recover from a bad river cruise experience. They also had convinced me to take a tour of the city which I did and learned many things about city. They love their city and want others to experience what it offers. Not to mention how well they took care of checking us in.
