"The area is amazing, the breakfast great and the staff friendly. Unfortunately we had allergies to dust mites in the facility and were not provided with any sort of response signaling that the staff would take measures to even check for dust mites or deep clean the facility in response to our feedback. We had breathing issues and had to leave (it only happened in the room, and to several of us)."

Shame that tiny details were not taken into consideration: lack of shelves ,door handle of the wardrobe loose ,open wiring of the boiler in the toilet, no rubbish bins provided, bidet too close to the washing machine and not easily accessible, part of shower door missing and replaced with curtain, only 1 toilet roll provided for 4 people for a 4 days...
