"Only one place I could stay in this south suburb of Matsue, which is closer to my destination of visit. It's cheap so no fridge, no microwave, which made a little difficult for my 5 night stay."

"浴室の照明が壊れていて真っ暗な状態、簡易的な持ち運び用の照明が置かれていた。問い合わせると、浴室の照明が壊れているのでそちらをお使い下さいとの事。 事前連絡もなし、チェックインして浴室照明がつかない事に気付いてこちらから何度も連絡したがずっと留守電。やっと折り返して来たと思ったら照明が壊れていると初めて知らされました。 対応の遅さに怒りが込み上げ、返金してもらいすぐに部屋を出ました。急いで別の宿泊先を探して移動しましたが子連れ旅だったので大変でした。 数々のホテルに泊まりましたがこんな対応をされたのは初めてだったので、二度とこのホテルには泊まりません。 あと、暖房も付いていないのに部屋がかなり暑く それも伝えたら、冷房を付けて調整して下さいとの事でした。全てがいいとこ無しのホテルでした。"

"Good budget hotel approximately 10 minutes walk from the station. Staff very polite and helpful. Room small but clean. Hot strong shower over maybe the smallest bathtub I've ever seen. Great value."
