We really like that our room have a washer/dryer. Very convenient. They also provide detergent. The hotel is very close to Gotanda station. The welcome drinks and 24/7 coffee/tea at the lobby were a plus.

Staff was friendly. Room was very clean & room cleanings were great. Highly recommend this hotel.
My husband & I traveled with our two teens so my only con of the space was with no draws and a few
hangers, there was no room for our luggage’s and clothes. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel staff are warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Our room was always clean, and towels are replenished daily.
