Disliked: Staff & service

Overbooked, and leaving extra cost on the customer

Even we had a confirmrd booking, the reception was not aware of our arrival, and had no room to offer. The receptionist rebooked us to another hotel, but had no suggestion of handling the extra cost. Ended up paying 40 euro over the agreed price. Also, totally silence from Hotel.com when trying to contact them. Stay away!
