"The lady working the front desk around 6 PM on May 6th should not be working in hospitality or any customer-facing role. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
What was even more concerning is that another employee there, who I believe was security, implied this is a common issue with her behavior.
I ended up not staying at the hotel and went to Kimpton instead. I’d strongly recommend checking the recent customer service reviews before booking here. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary staff changes."
