"Dana was especially helpful after the stress of navigating construction happening all over the downtown area. She talked us in when our GPS led us in circles and personally saw to coffee from the bar when the in room coffee machine failed to deliver. The valet parking was a godsend. Food, drink and general ambience of the property are great, if you can get there!"

"Nice hotel. I experienced a problem with the air conditioning unit, it wasn't working when I got in. I went to the desk and a staff member came to the room and fixed the problem immediately. It needed to be reset (button is on a plug going into the wall). I've never experienced that before or have seen that. The other thing I would say is, the breakfast is very good. The first day everything was ready on time. On the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay, a different employee was still setting things up and the coffee machine wasn't available right away. It didn't take long but if you can't wait, then you'll have to get coffee elsewhere."
